Remote assistance allows a technician to see your screen and control your keyboard and mouse. You can always see what is happening and you will normally be in continuous telephone contact with the technician.

You must give permission to start the remote connection, so there is no danger of your computer being seen without your knowledge. You can close the connection at any time during the remote session.

It is still necessary for you to telephone for support and a remote connection cannot be started without your knowledge and permission.
